In ottica di potenziamento della Business Line, entrerai a far parte del team Business Assurance in qualità di Key Account Coordinator e ti occuperai del coordinamento di tutte le attività operative dei Key Accounts.

Tra le attività principali:

• Creare e mantenere un contatto diretto e costante con i Key Account per garantire relazioni solide e collaborative
• Interfacciarsi con le sedi estere per discutere la pianificazione delle attività con i Key Accounts che hanno stabilimenti all'estero
• Gestire direttamente con i Key Account la pianificazione degli audit
• Programmare le attività di audit
• Emissione dei certificati
• Aggiornamento dei database aziendali
• Fatturazione delle attività pianificate e completate
• Supportare il recupero dei crediti inesigibili
• Fornire report periodici al/la Key Account Manager
• Supportare i Key Account nella gestione delle loro richieste
• Partecipare a visite del Customer Care, se necessario
• Confrontarsi con il/la Key Account Manager locale per l’eventuale sviluppo di nuovi servizi

Requirements:
Are you the one?

• Esperienza pregressa in ambito Operations
• Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
• Ottime capacità relazionali a tutti i livelli, sia con interlocutori interni che esterni
• Approccio proattivo e orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi
• Gradita conoscenza tecnica degli standard e requisiti principali per le certificazioni
• Disponibilità a conseguire qualifiche come auditor
