ABOUT THE ROLE
The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing remittance partnerships across core high-volume corridors, particularly within the US, Africa & Emerging Markets. The role focuses on driving inbound FX flows, increasing transaction volumes, and maximizing revenue contribution from key IMTO and aggregator partners.
The ideal candidate will own partner performance end-to-end, ensuring strong relationship management, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and supporting commercial initiatives that enhance partner value and retention. This role plays a critical part in strengthening Paga’s position across key remittance corridors.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and grow relationships with existing IMTO and aggregator partners.
Drive corridor transaction volume and revenue growth across key markets.
Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for expansion.
Support commercial negotiations and partnership renewals.
Provide monthly corridor performance and insights reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize partner integration and experience.
Ensure high partner retention and continuous engagement.

Account Management – ability to grow and retain key partners
Relationship Management – strong stakeholder engagement across markets
Commercial Awareness – understanding of revenue and FX flow drivers
Negotiation – ability to support and close commercial discussions
Analytical Thinking – ability to interpret performance data and trends
Execution – ability to drive results across multiple corridors
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
2+ years’ experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Key Account Management
Experience in remittance, fintech, payments, or banking preferred
Exposure to cross-border payments or international partner management
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
Ability to manage enterprise partners across multiple geographies
