The successful candidate will take ownership of both nurturing existing client relationships and securing new business opportunities to accelerate revenue and market growth. within the automotive industry. Requirements:
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct client meetings to assess needs, present tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Respond to client queries promptly and deliver excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client success.
• Accurately record all sales activity, pipeline progress, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Regularly review account performance and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• Sales or Marketing qualification (advantageous).
• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience, with at least 3 years in a client-facing sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational and self-management abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; fair proficiency in Afrikaans.
• Experience in online marketing, web design, SEO, or PPC environments is advantageous.
• Motor industry experience will be a bonus.
• Must have a personal computer and stable internet connection (work-from-home setup).
