We are looking for a Key Account Manager to act as the focal point and strategy lead for a portfolio of clients, ensuring effective onboarding, strong stakeholder management, driving digital and overall business strategies and owning up cross sale & upsell. The role includes managing a set of clients, creating tailored marketing plans aligned with business goals, and executing cost-effective media strategies across platforms like Google, Facebook, DV360, and Marketplaces. Key responsibilities involve upselling services, analyzing campaign performance, implementing growth hacks, and providing strategic recommendations
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption of products/features, and sustained success.
• Create and implement strategies aligned with advertiser objectives to promote long-term growth and retention.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations aimed at optimizing campaign performance and maximizing ROI.
• Work closely with the sales team to uncover expansion opportunities, drive upselling efforts, and enhance advertiser lifetime value.
• Coordinate with the team to lead post-campaign analysis and reporting, showcasing results and identifying areas for optimization.
• Partner with product and technology teams to improve automation, measurement, and optimization features for advertisers.
• Manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, serving as the connection between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Oversee and manage 5-7 brands, ensuring the team meets KPIs and maintains excellent stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in driving digital and business strategies for clients, with strong skills in account management focusing on retention and upselling.
• Proven ability to effectively manage a portfolio of clients.
• A growth hacker mindset, skilled at identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities.
• Performance-driven, with a clear focus on KPIs related to retention and ROAS.
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for building strong relationships.
