Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic point of reference for Enterprise and top-tier clients, guiding them across the entire lifecycle—from pre-sales with the sales team, to project launch, and ongoing monitoring of outcomes post go-live.

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client goals and Lexroom.ai solutions.

• Oversee onboarding and project delivery, ensuring a smooth transition and measurable business impact.

• Proactively identify growth opportunities, driving upsells and renewals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Collect feedback and business insights from clients to provide actionable inputs for Product, Marketing, and Operations to improve solutions and processes.

• Prepare performance dashboards, track KPIs, and deliver impactful business reviews to demonstrate value and strengthen partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or client-facing roles—ideally with Enterprise accounts.

• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizations.

• Familiarity with CRM and sales support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion).

• A proactive, consultative mindset with a passion for delivering measurable client impact.

• Fluency in Italian and English; a legal background is a plus.

• Annual Salary Range: €60,000 – €70,000
