In dieser Rolle betreust du rund 25 Bestandskunden – Stadtwerke und Energieversorger – in der Region Ost, baust neue Beziehungen auf und bist die treibende Kraft hinter erfolgreichen Projekten rund um unsere führende ERP- und Abrechnungslösungen für Strom, Gas und Wasser.
• Bestandskunden im Fokus: Du betreust und entwickelst deine Kundenpartnerschaften – mit echtem Gestaltungsfreiraum.
• Neues anstoßen: Nach der Einarbeitung bringst du frische Kunden ins Boot und treibst Cross- & Upselling-Möglichkeiten voran.
• Netzwerk leben: Du bist das Gesicht unserer Business Unit bei Messen, Anwenderforen und Branchen-Events.
• Kooperation intern: Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit Entwicklung, Beratung, Marketing und Inside Sales.
• Strategie & Vertrieb: Von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Vertragsverhandlung führst du deine Themen eigenverantwortlich.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

• Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung (B2B) – idealerweise in der Energiewirtschaft oder im Stadtwerke-Umfeld.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke.
• Organisierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Stressresistenz.
• Freude daran, Netzwerke aufzubauen und Kundenbeziehungen langfristig zu gestalten.
• Technische Affinität zu IT-/Softwarelösungen von Vorteil.
