Ihre Aufgaben

Management großer, komplexer Deals mit mehreren Standorten und langen Verkaufszyklen.

Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu C-Level- und technischen Stakeholdern in strategischen Accounts.

Identifikation und Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen (Tenders/RFPs) und Sicherstellung von Rahmenvereinbarungen.

Aushandeln und Sicherstellen von Rahmen- und Master-Service-Agreements zur Schaffung wiederkehrender Projekt-Pipelines.

Entwicklung und Umsetzung von segment- und kundenspezifischer Strategien und Pläne zur Erreichung von Umsatz-, Marktanteil- und Rentabilitätszielen.

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt-, Engineering- und Operationsteams zur erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung.

Marktbeobachtung: Trends, Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und regulatorische Entwicklungen erkennen, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren.

Vertretung von Wallbox auf Branchenveranstaltungen, Konferenzen und Netzwerktreffen.

Ihr Profil

mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise in Infrastruktur, Energie- oder EV-Ladeinfrastruktur.

Erfahrung im Management großer, komplexer Deals mit mehreren Stakeholdern und ausschreibungsbasierten Vertriebsprozessen.

Erfolgreiche Erfahrung im Key Account Management mit CPOs, Energieversorgern oder öffentlichen Auftraggebern.

Vertrautheit mit öffentlichen Ausschreibungsverfahren, regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen und komplexen Vertragsverhandlungen.

Erfahrung im Consultative Selling / Solution Selling (Hardware + Software + Services).

Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.

Fähigkeit zur cross-funktionalen Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen, schnelllebigen Umfeld.

Fließend Englisch; weitere europäische Sprachen von Vorteil.
