We are hiring a Key Account Manager – Centre of Excellence (COE) to manage, grow, and expand institutional partnerships across Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. This is a revenue-owning role focused on driving long-term engagement, account growth, and successful execution of COE-led programs within partner institutions.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership & Relationship Management
• Act as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned institutional accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Vice Chancellors, Principals, Deans, TPOs, and senior academic stakeholders
• Ensure high engagement, satisfaction, and long-term partnership continuity
Revenue Growth & Expansion
• Drive revenue through job-assured programs, certifications, internships, and government/NSDC-aligned offerings
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing institutions
• Own account-level forecasting, renewals, and expansion pipelines
COE Program Execution
• Ensure seamless planning and execution of COE programs, workshops, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and student engagement initiatives
• Coordinate closely with internal delivery, academic, and operations teams
• Track program performance, outcomes, and partner feedback
Performance Management & Reporting
• Conduct monthly account reviews and performance tracking
• Monitor revenue targets, engagement metrics, and program effectiveness
• Provide regular updates on account health, risks, and growth opportunities
