Eurofins Pharmaceutical Product Testing is een onderdeel van de internationaal opererende Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing divisie. In ons laboratorium in Nazareth (Gent) voeren we een breed scala aan analyses uit voor nationale en internationale klanten in de (bio)farmaceutische industrie. We testen (bio)farmaceutische grondstoffen, tussenproducten en geneesmiddelen om ervoor te zorgen dat ze voldoen aan de strengste kwaliteitsnormen.

Als Key Account Manager ben jij het strategische aanspreekpunt voor onze belangrijkste klanten. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op, ontwikkelt commerciële strategieën en leidt een enthousiast salesteam. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van omzetgroei, het benutten van internationale samenwerkingen en het verder uitbouwen van onze marktpositie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van lokale sales- en accountplannen
• Bezoeken van bestaande en potentiële klanten
• Leiden van business review meetings en onderhandelingen
• Coördineren van RFP/RFQ-processen en contractondersteuning
• Samenwerken met internationale Eurofins-laboratoria om klanten optimaal te bedienen
• Rapporteren van salesdata, marktontwikkelingen en commerciële prestaties
• Leiden, coachen en structureren van het commerciële team
• Actief bijdragen aan de Belgische en Europese salesstrategie
• Identificeren van nieuwe marktkansen en klantbehoeften

• Master in Life Sciences of gelijkwaardige ervaring
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als (Key) Account Manager
• Aantoonbaar succesvolle sales track record
• Kennis van de farmaceutische (test)markt
• Sterke communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
• Leiderschapstalent en organisatorisch inzicht
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een grote troef
