About The Role

We are seeking a Key Account Manager Assistant who is motivated to work on-site at our Barcelona office. You will play a key role in supporting our Client Management team with daily client servicing, documentation, and coordination. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional eager to grow their career in fintech and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Key Account Managers in daily client servicing activities
• Provide support in preparing contracts, agreements, and related documentation
• Enter and maintain accurate client data in internal systems
• Support client onboarding processes and documentation collection
• Coordinate with internal departments (compliance, finance, operations)
• Handle administrative and organizational tasks related to client accounts
• Monitor task progress and ensure timely follow-ups
• Help maintain structured and up-to-date client records

Responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
