The Key Account Manager will play a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships and maximizing account performance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain relationships with key and strategic accounts
• Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and retention
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients and handle escalations
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
• Analyze market trends and client needs to support business strategy
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in key account management or senior sales roles
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
