Key Account Director - Partnerships Executive Real Estate Payments - Institutional Solutions

Ebury Madrid - Office based

Ebury Institutional services institutional clients in the real estate space with a range of products including transactional accounts, escrow, FX risk management, cash management, and international payments.

As a Key Account Director - Partnerships Executive Real Estate Payments you will be accountable for growing and managing Ebury’s Real Estate client base in Spain. You will be responsible for promoting the growth of the Ebury’s Real Estate client base through direct sales and by partnering within the real estate ecosystem with among others Insurance Brokers and Law Firms.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and prospect real estate prospects that have the need for transactional account, cross border payments, cash management, and FX hedging

• Responsible for finding new business opportunities in the real estate space in Spain

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with companies in the real estate eco-system, understanding their needs, business model, and client base.

• Outbound sales to new partnership opportunities and prospective partners

• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting institutional FX markets.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as, FX dealing and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients

You

• 2+ years of experience in a B2B commercial role.

• An interest in real estate markets.

• Strong desire to grow into a professional sales role.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Enjoy building new relationships and build rapport easily.

• Based in Madrid.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
