Key Account Coordinator

As an organized problem solver with a passion for structure and coordination, you will play a key role in supporting Weekday’s wholesale business. In this fast-moving environment, you help create a smooth partnership experience by keeping processes on track and ensuring clarity in every step. Working closely with our Key Account Manager, you support wholesale partners by coordinating assortments, orders, communication, and deliveries. You make sure the right information is shared, deadlines are met, and details are handled with precision. You take ownership of administrative flows, enjoy problem solving, and bring a genuine interest in fashion and customer experience. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a strong, solution-oriented relationship with our wholesale partners. 
• Prepare and support assortment presentations and activities together with the Key Account Manager. 
• Manage the order administration process, including updates, follow-ups, and daily business monitoring. 
• Secure an efficient logistical flow in collaboration with Warehouse and Logistics. 
• Drive structured and clear communication between Buying, Design, Logistics, and our wholesale partners. 
• Support Accounting with accurate information needed for invoicing and contribute to improvements in related administrative processes. 

 

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be part of Weekday’s External Sales team and work closely with the Key Account Manager, the Buying & Design teams, and our Logistics and Warehouse functions. You will also collaborate directly with the buying teams at our wholesale partners, ensuring smooth communication and alignment throughout the assortment and order processes. This role involves working with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization and externally, making strong communication and coordination skills essential.

• Demonstrated experience handling administrative tasks, such as managing data flows, coordinating deadlines, preparing documentation, and maintaining structured processes. 
• Solid hands-on experience working with Microsoft Excel, beyond basic level. 
• Strong knowledge for retail or wholesale logistics, such as order flows, deliveries, stock information, or supplier coordination. 
• Experience coordinating information between multiple stakeholders and ensuring accuracy across systems and teams. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

This is a full-time permanent contract based at our Head Office in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.

We value collaboration and believe that great ideas thrive when we work closely together. Therefore, this role is primarily office-based, with 4 days per week at the office to foster teamwork and engagement. One day per week, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely.
