Job Description Your opportunity You will support the Sales Support Team with the operational processes, ensuring compliance with business policies and service excellence. How you will contribute • Supporting operational and managerial sales team activities. • Supporting customer master data ensuring timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness and integrity of all information. • Supporting the order flow process from acquisition to entry, gaining insights into trade terms and operational efficiency. • Supporting the implementation and enhancement of customer service-related procedures, processes and systems. • Assisting in the preparation of sales and customer-related reports, providing valuable insights to the sales team and customers. • Contributing to the preparation and execution of sales events. • Other activities which may be required by the team. Who you are • Business Degree / Management Engineering / Marketing with outstanding scores • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills • Advanced level of Spanish and English I Italian will be considered as a Plus • Teamwork • A methodical, analytical and logical approach • The ability to plan work and meet deadlines • Accuracy and attention to details • Problem solving • Curiosity and innovation • Clear and open communication Why work with us?
