Ihre Aufgaben:
• Kaufmännische Gesamtverantwortung für komplexe Hochbauprojekte

• Projektcontrolling inklusive Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen

• Steuerung von Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement

• Liquiditätsplanung sowie Risikobewertung auf Projektebene

• Sparringpartner der technischen Projektleitung und Geschäftsführung

Ihr Profil:
• Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder BWL

• Mehrjährig Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Projektmanagemet im Bauumfeld

• Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis gepaart mit strategischem Denken

• Verhandlungssicherheit und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

• Unternehmerische Haltung und hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft
