DEINE MISSION BEI UNS

Wir sind ein 35-köpfiges Spezialistenteam innerhalb der Wilken Software Group und übernehmen für Stadtwerke und Energieversorger zentrale Backoffice-Prozesse – strukturiert, skalierbar und mit hoher fachlicher Tiefe. Dabei arbeiten wir direkt mit unseren ERP-Lösungen NTS.suite und ENER:GY und verbinden Prozesskompetenz mit Systemexpertise. Wer hier arbeitet, ist nicht „klassische Sachbearbeitung“, sondern Teil eines professionellen Prozessmanagements mit direktem Einfluss auf die Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Kunden:• Du verantwortest An- und Abmeldungen von Strom- und Gasverträgen im Rahmen klar definierter Marktprozesse.
• Du bereitest Kundenabrechnungen vor, prüfst diese auf Plausibilität und begleitest die Umsetzung.
• Du führst bei Bedarf Rechnungskorrekturen strukturiert und nachvollziehbar durch.
• Du stellst die Qualität und Pflege von Stammdaten sicher und arbeitest präzise im ERP-System (NTS.suite / ENER:GY).
• Du bearbeitest Kunden- und Marktpartneranfragen serviceorientiert – schriftlich und telefonisch.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

• Du hast mindestens 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer kaufmännischen Funktion.
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenverantwortlich.
• Du verfügst über Zahlenverständnis und eine präzise Arbeitsweise.
• Du bringst idealerweise ERP-Erfahrung mit.
• Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung bei Stadtwerken oder Energieversorgern oder Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung.
