Ihre Aufgaben:
• Erstellung von Angebotskalkulationen für Rohbauleistungen im Rahmen von Generalunternehmerangeboten für schlüsselfertige Hochbauprojekte
• Eigenverantwortliche Mengenermittlung mithilfe moderner, digitaler Kalkulations- und Planungstools
• Zusammenstellung und Bearbeitung von Leistungsverzeichnissen
• Anfrage und Auswertung von Nachunternehmerleistungen sowie Materialangeboten
• Mitarbeit in der Planungsphase im Bereich Design, Engineering und technische Beratung sowie Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Kalkulations- und Bauprozessen

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Meister, Techniker, Systemplaner), handwerkliche Ausbildung im Hochbau oder Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, der Architektur oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse an der Kalkulation von Rohbauleistungen im Hochbau
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Affinität zu digitalen, branchenspezifischen Anwendungen
• Analytische, gewerkübergreifende Denkweise und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Motivation und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
