Ihre Aufgaben:
• Erstellung von Kalkulationen für Projekte im Bereich Ingenieurbau

• Ausarbeitung von Angeboten und Kostenschätzungen

• Prüfung und Bewertung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen

• Durchführung von Preisanfragen bei Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten

• Analyse von Bauplänen und Leistungsverzeichnissen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitern, Bauleitern und dem Einkauf

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Arbeitskalkulationen und Nachträgen

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation von Ingenieurbauprojekten

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Baurecht, Bautechnik und Bauablaufplanung

• Sicherer Umgang mit Kalkulationssoftware und MS Office

• Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick

• Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
