Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes for spa appointments.
• Provide information about spa services, treatments, and product offerings to guests.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and changes, ensuring seamless operation of the spa schedule.
• Processing payments and handling cash transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role within a luxury spa or hospitality environment.
• Excellent knowledge of English
