Role Functions

• Providing exceptional service to guests during their check-in and check-out process.
• Welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor and assisting them with registrations and inquiries.
• Accurately processing guest information and reservations using the hotel's Property Management System.
• Responding promptly to guest requests, concerns, and inquiries to ensure a seamless stay.
• Upselling rooms and hotel services to enhance guest experiences while maximizing revenue.
• Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
• Degree in Hospitality or similar
• Previous relevant experience in luxury hospitality
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (additional languages will be considered a plus)
