We are seeking a highly skilled JVA-OQ Manager to lead our Joint Venture Accounting and Operational Quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of joint ventures and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounting and reporting functions for joint ventures, ensuring compliance with GAAP and organizational policies.
• Manage operational quality assessments and audits to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in joint venture operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics and recommend actions for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial and operational reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify areas of risk and implement solutions to mitigate identified risks in joint ventures.
• Lead special projects related to joint venture activities and operational quality improvements.
• Ensure adherence to established internal control processes and regulatory requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with joint venture partners, providing guidance and support as necessary.
• Mentor and develop junior staff within the joint venture accounting team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting joint ventures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on joint ventures and operational quality management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Experience managing audits and operational quality assessments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in multinational joint ventures or partnerships.
• Familiarity with risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of operational quality management tools and techniques.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.

Education:

• BTech, MTech, or MCA along with relevant experience is acceptable.
