Abteilungsbeschreibung:

Unser Legal Team kümmert sich um alle rechtlichen Belange des Unternehmens mit einem starken Fokus auf IT und Datenschutz. Wir suchen begeisterte Studierende für ein Praktikum, um unsere Teams zu unterstützen und gemeinsam zu wachsen.

Deine Tasks:

• Protokollierung von Sitzungen: Sei bei unterschiedlichen Meetings des Vorstands, Aufsichtsrats & Ausschüssen dabei und unterstütze bei der Erstellung von Berichten, Protokollen und Transkripten.

• Recherche: Tauche tief in spannende Themen der Corporate Governance ein und unterstütze uns bei der Prozessoptimierung durch Integration digitaler und KI-gestützter Tools.

• Administrative Unterstützung: Unterstütze unser Team bei administrativen Aufgaben und lerne die Abläufe in einer großen Organisation kennen, dabei ist wichtig, Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen, logisch zu verknüpfen und strukturiert aufzubereiten.

• Zusätzlich unterstützt du uns dabei, KI‑basierte Workflows aufzubauen und laufend zu verbessern, um Protokollierung, Dokumentenerstellung und interne Prozesse smarter, schneller und effizienter zu gestalten.
