Junior Visual Designer

INTERWEAVE is looking for a Junior Visual Designer with a strong visual sensibility and a passion for thoughtful, well-crafted design across platforms and channels.

We’re looking for a designer who is eager to learn how ideas translate into intelligent, aesthetic, and functional visual solutions. You’ll support the development of creative concepts and help deliver high-quality design across digital and physical touchpoints, working closely with more senior designers and the wider team.

You should have a basic understanding of branding and visual systems, and be curious about how design lives across screens, formats, and physical environments - from digital content and interfaces to packaging, printed materials, and production.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, contribute ideas, and take responsibility for your tasks from briefing to delivery, with a strong focus on craft, consistency, and attention to detail

Requirements:
We are looking for the next passionate member of our team, so we can create interesting and innovative things together.

• 1+ years of professional experience in Visual / Graphic Design (or relevant internships)
• 1+ years of experience in Animation/Motion Design (would be considered a plus)
• A portfolio demonstrating visual potential, taste, and curiosity is essential
• Strong understanding of basic design principles such as typography, layout, and composition
• Understanding of branding, visual systems, and design guidelines
• Willingness to think conceptually and contribute ideas, not just execute tasks
• Attention to detail and care for visual quality
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience and ability to use AI generative tools
• Ability to manage feedback, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
