Für unser Team suchen wir einen (Junior) Visual Content Designer (m/w/d) mit starkem Fokus auf Foto, Video, Motion Graphics, Social Content und AI-gestützte Workflows. Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Trends, bewegte Bilder und neue Tools und möchtest kreative Inhalte für eine internationale Fashion-Brand umsetzen.

Deine Aufgaben 

• Konzeption und Umsetzung von visuellem Content für Social Media, Kampagnen und Brand Touchpoints (Reels, Ads, Short Videos, Teaser)
• Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Foto- und Video-Assets für digitale Kanäle
• Entwicklung von Motion Graphics, Animationen und Short-Form-Content
• Aktive Nutzung und Integration von KI-Tools in kreative Workflows, z. B.:

- KI-gestützte Bild- und Videogenerierung

- Experimentieren mit neuen AI-Tools und Formaten

- Optimierung kreativer Prozesse durch Automation
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Social Media und weiteren Teams
• Beobachtung von Trends in Fashion, Social Media, Visual Content & AI

Dein Profil 

• Erste Berufserfahrung oder starke Praxis im Bereich Visual Content, Media Design, Motion Design, Foto/Video oder vergleichbar
• Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Cloud (insb. Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects oder vergleichbar)
• Erfahrung mit oder starkes Interesse an Video Editing, Motion Graphics und Social Content
• Erste Berührungspunkte oder hohe Neugier im Umgang mit generativen KI-Tools 
• Gutes Gespür für Ästhetik, Trends und visuelles Storytelling
• Affinität zu Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle
• Eigenständige, neugierige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
