Junior Videographer and Editor
ProfileTree is an award-winning digital marketing agency based in Belfast. We help organisations across the UK and Ireland generate leads and sales through strategic websites, SEO and digital content.
We are looking for a Junior Videographer & Editor to support the delivery of high-quality video content for both client projects and internal marketing. This role is ideal for someone at an early stage in their career who is passionate about video production, eager to develop their skills and ready to grow within a structured, creative team.
You will work closely with the Videography & Editing team, and wider digital team to assist in producing engaging, results-driven video content. This is a hands-on role with clear progression opportunities into more senior creative and client-facing responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities include:
Filming and editing video content for client projects and internal brands
Support the delivery of video projects from brief through to final output
Edit video content using industry-standard software to meet quality and brand standards
Set up and operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment during shoots
Prepare footage, organise files and manage project assets efficiently
Support post-production including colour correction, sound editing and formatting
Work with other departmental teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives
Follow creative direction and contribute ideas to improve video output
Ensure all work is completed on time and to the required quality standards
Stay up to date with video trends, formats and platform requirements
Essential Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in videography, video editing or a related field
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro or similar)
Basic understanding of camera operation, lighting and audio recording
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
Willingness to learn, take direction and develop professionally
A portfolio or examples of previous video work
Desirable
Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
Understanding of storytelling and content performance
Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of photography or design tools
Familiarity with emerging tools (e.g. AI-assisted editing features)
