Junior Treasury Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
At KoRo, treasury is where the numbers meet real impact. We’re looking for a motivated junior talent who wants to get hands-on with our daily cash management and learn the treasury craft from the ground up. You’ll help keep our operational cash flows running smoothly while building a strong foundation in modern treasury operations. Expect close mentoring, real ownership from day one, and a flexible, trust-based work culture where learning fast is part of the job.

Your Responsibilites:
• Daily Cash Management: Monitor national and international bank balances and execute operational payment runs to keep our daily liquidity on track

• Liquidity Planning: Maintain and update our Excel models to support weekly short- and mid-term cash flow forecasts

• System Administration: Act as a key user for our e-banking portals and support treasury master data maintenance in Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our Accounting team and handle operational topics with our banking partners

• Project Support: Support the Team Lead on treasury initiatives like FX hedging or trade finance while building your expertise

Your profile:
• You’ve got some first experience in Finance, Treasury, or Accounting and completed a degree or apprenticeship in a related field

• You’re confident in Excel and enjoy making sense of financial data

• You thrive in a fast-growing environment, adapt to change easily, and stay pragmatic when you need to navigate ambiguity or figure out missing information on the fly

• You don't mind getting your hands dirty with manual Excel tasks today, while actively thinking about how we can automate them tomorrow

• You pick up new systems quickly — ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (SAP, NetSuite, or Datev work too)

• You get finance basics and understand how cash flow keeps a business alive

• You’re fluent in English, written and spoken; German is a nice-to-have
