Junior Trainee Lawyer - Financial Regulation

We were one of the first international law firms to open offices in Italy – Rome in 1993 and Milan in 1994. We know the Italian market very well and have long experience of cross-border deals.

We have invested in our Italian offices and we are now one of the few firms who can offer clients a full-service capability. Our team of approximately 100 lawyers comprises professionals qualified to practice in Italy, the UK, and the US and all our lawyers are permanently based in Italy.

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Financial Regulation team, where you will support clients on a broad spectrum of regulatory matters. Our team is involved in many of the most innovative and high-profile deals in Italy, and we are trusted advisers to the corporations and financial institutions shaping global markets.

• You are ideally a recent Law graduate or graduate and enrolled on a Master's course, with an excellent academic background and an excellent knowledge of the English language.
• You are interested in starting your career in the Financial Regulatory sector and, for this reason, you have excavated the subject during your studies thanks to in-depth study, internship / campus / summer school experience etc.
• You will be a self-starter but also a team player with strong communication, analytical and drafting skills, able to lead deals while managing different work-streams.
