TBC Capital is looking for a motivated Junior trader to join its Brokerage, Sales and Trading team. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial markets, support trading activities, and contribute to the execution of client transactions across multiple asset classes.

• Monitor global financial markets and relevant macroeconomic developments
• Support senior traders in executing transactions across financial instruments (equities, fixed income, FX, and other products)
• Assist with order management and trade execution on trading platforms
• Prepare market updates and trading insights for internal teams and clients
• Coordinate with brokerage, operations, and risk teams to ensure accurate trade processing
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Solid knowledge of financial markets and trading concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Internship or experience in banking, brokerage, asset management, or trading
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or other trading platforms
• Strong interest in capital markets and investment products
