Role Impact:
This Trade Marketing Coordinator opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about maintaining brand integrity while engaging in dynamic, creative marketing strategies.

As a Trade Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in executing in-market campaigns, collaborating across teams, and ensuring every activation strengthens our brand presence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensure brand consistency across all retail partners and channels
• Develop and adapt marketing materials to meet specific channel requirements
• Negotiate and coordinate key marketing activations with agencies and clients
• Plan and execute in-store, thematic, seasonal activations, and roadshows
• Manage cross-licensing collaborations
• Create and maintain exhibition guidelines for both e-commerce and physical retail spaces
• Provide regional trade marketing support throughout LATAM
• Evaluate the ROI of marketing activations and trade investments
• Oversee showroom and trade show exhibitions

Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in trade marketing, ideally within the Toy or consumer goods industry
• Experience in the toy industry is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Expertise in negotiation and building strong client relationships
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think innovatively
• Ability to analyze data and evaluate financial outcomes, including ROI
• Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English
