We are looking for a Junior Technical Support Specialist who is passionate about technology and wants to play a key role in shaping a sustainable future.
Your Responsibilities:
Monitor charging stations, ensuring smooth operation (communication, hardware, software).
Configure and manage the Ampere back-office platform for charging system control.
Analyze data and prepare reports.
Set up communication protocols and network configurations (routers and network infrastructure).
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Analyze station messages to maintain optimal communication.
What We Expect:
Technical degree (or in progress) – an advantage, not a requirement.
Knowledge of network components and communication principles.
Strong computer skills, including Excel.
Working proficiency in English.
Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel.
Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
