A Taste of what you will be doing:
• Sourcing - Finding the best candidates using Job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, our database and referrals.
• Screening - speaking to candidates (telephone and face to face) to match them to the right roles.
• Shadowing - candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues 
• Networking - building own relationships, candidates and clients.
• Main focus: Ownership & Stewardship of Nordic Markets Talent acquisition and hiring ensuring recruitment best practice in the selection process
Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process by screening CVs, scheduling interviews, updating systems, posting job ads, and working with external agencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure a positive and professional recruitment experience.
• Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
• Stay up to date with industry best practices in recruitment and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
• Help develop and apply ways to attract and select the right candidates, in line with company goals and market trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and a Nordic language (preferably Danish)
• Approachable, proactive, and energetic attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent people skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams.
• 1 year experience working within a customer/client-facing role 
• Experience in Recruitment and social media will be an advantage.
• Experience or relevant degree in relation to the area of HR/TA would be an asset
