We work on cutting-edge projects across different industries, always with a people-first and flexible mindset, and we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition (IEFP) to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and talent management within a dynamic environment.
Responsabilities:
• Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and department managers to understand hiring needs.
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.
