What the job is about
As a System Engineer in the IT-OPS team, you will focus on operational IT infrastructure and user support across the organization. You will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of IT systems that support employees, including user access, device management, Office 365, and network infrastructure in office locations. Your work ensures stable, secure, and user-friendly IT operations across teams and departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Manage user and group accounts, permissions, and lifecycle in line with security and compliance policies.
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of devices and users (e.g., laptops, mobile devices).
• Maintain and improve internal IT tooling (in collaboration with the Tooling team).
• Administer and support Office 365 applications, ensuring accessibility and performance.
• Track and manage IT assets (hardware and software).
• Provide technical support to employees and collaborate with the global IT team.
Your skills and interest
You have a passion for innovation and technology in the automotive software industry , and feel comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
What else is expected:
• Experience with IT support, device management (Intune, Lansweeper), and user administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• You have just finished studies in Systems and/or have a first experience in internal IT support.
