Job Description
• Contributes to the implementation of IT ops (Service Desk, Network Security)
• Coordinates employee activities (on/off-boarding, change orders)
• Maintain & organise an inventory of IT hardware, s/w licenses
• Provide hardware support
• Configure, install, and test software upgrades
• Resolve technical problems on Tier1
• Provide application support for all enterprise apps
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Requirements:
• Experience in network administration, firewalls, and inter-intranet systems.
• Understanding of Apple macOS and iOS
• Understanding of MS Office 365 and Google apps.
• Familiarity with Bash/Apple script is an advantage
Skills & Knowledge
• Proficiency in macOS administration is essential.
• Must have excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to find solutions independently.
• Self-management and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Good written and verbal English skills are required.
