We’re looking for a Junior Support Specialist to help our customers by resolving day-to-day product issues and ensuring a smooth support experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for users, work closely with senior support and product teams, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing fintech environment. What you’ll do: Act as the main point of contact for customer support inquiries via online channels; Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including features, use cases, and potential issues; Test new product features, updates, and bug fixes; Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to improve processes and products; Track and report support metrics to help improve customer experience and product quality; Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share suggestions in team meetings. About you: Some experience in product support, customer support, or a related role (fintech field is a huge plus); Excellent communication skills to work with customers and teams; Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; Ability to quickly learn product features, troubleshoot issues, and participate in product release testing; Proficiency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken; Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
