What are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated Junior Supply Planner to join our Supply Planning team.

In this role, you will support short- and mid-term production planning and procurement for assigned categories, helping to optimize costs, ensure service levels, and contribute to continuous improvement. You are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to gain hands-on experience in building an efficient and agile supply chain.

About the Role:

Support production planning: Help define short- and medium-term production schedules based on demand and available resources.

Assist in order coordination: Support scheduling and prioritization of manufacturing orders across sections, lines, and third-party partners.

Follow up on production: Monitor plans with production teams and external partners to ensure timely manufacturing.

Analyse demand: Review forecasts to anticipate needs and provide input for purchasing decisions.

Learn procurement processes: Support procurement activities for raw materials, trims, and goods, gaining expertise under guidance.

Help manage inventory: Track inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock and suggest cost-effective solutions.

Support supplier relations: Assist in maintaining reliable relationships with suppliers.

Coordinate purchases: Help plan and execute purchases, tracking deliveries and escalating issues when needed.

Monitor performance: Track key KPIs and support initiatives for process improvement.

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Administration or Business

More than 1 year experience in a similar position

Valuable knowledge/experience in fashion or FMCG companies

Experience in industrial environments appreciated

Languages: English B2

Other requirements: Advanced user of Excel / Planning tools or ERP

Temporary contract.

Flexible remuneration: Fixed salary between 21-28K€ gross per year, plus a 10% variable component, depending on experience.
