What You’ll Actually Do

We Whiten is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to operate one of our boutique teeth whitening studios. As a Studio Partner, you’ll run your own location with the freedom of an entrepreneur—while being backed by a supportive brand with national reach.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where your ability to drive sales, deliver excellent service, and grow repeat business directly influences your income and studio success.

Deliver exceptional whitening experiences

Overcome objections and close sales consistently.

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals. This role comes with uncapped commission, so your drive directly impacts your earnings.

Maintain studio excellence

Attach upsell products like it’s second nature

Ask for and document referrals every single day

Capture simple before/after photos & reaction videos to support marketing

Follow our proven scripts and playbooks while still sounding like a human

Turn one-time visitors into loyal, long-term clients through exceptional service and relationship-building.

Track performance metrics and work independently to exceed personal and studio sales goals.

You’ll Thrive Here If…

You’ve sold something high-ticket or high-pressure before

2+ years of commission-based sales experience: fitness memberships, laser sales, timeshare, kiosk, car sales, door-to-door, pest control, alarm sales – all count

You’re obsessed with your own numbers: show rate, close rate, average ticket, referrals

You’re coachable: you want feedback, and data so you can beat your last week

You show up: on time, ready, and fully present for every appointment
