About the Role:

We are seeking an entry level AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team to build the next gen applications for our global customers. If you are a technology enthusiast and highly passionate, we are eager to discuss with you about the potential role.

Responsibilities: :
• Assist in developing AI-driven solutions using LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Integrating APIs like OpenAI or LLama.
• Support the design and testing of AI-enhanced workflows.
• Implement database interactions (MySQL or PostgreSQL for structured data).
• Write and optimize Python/Node.js scripts for the applications.
• Assist in developing production-grade ML models to enhance customer experience, content recommendation, content generation.
• Monitor and improve model performance via data enhancement, feature engineering, experimentation and online/offline evaluation.
• Stay up to date with the latest in machine learning and artificial intelligence and influence AI/ML for the Life science industry.

Requirements :
• 1 - 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js.
• Exposure to NLP, LLMs, AI APIs (ChatGPT, Perplexity.ai, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Graph Databases (Neo4j, ArangoDB).
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Passion for AI, NLP, and chatbot development.
• Familiarity with MLOps platforms, such as Kubeflow or MLFlow.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following AI/ML domains: Causal AI, Reinforcement Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Dimension Reduction, Computer Vision, Sequential Models.
• Bonus: Knowledge of UI frameworks (React, Next.js).
• Good to have – Qdrant or equivalent vector databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or related field.
