Key Responsibilities

• Ship to Production: Design, implement, and deploy user-facing features. You will have your own features in production, used by real customers, within your first few weeks.

• Accelerated Learning: Work closely with Senior Engineers who will review your code, challenge your thinking, and guide your growth from "coder" to "engineer."

• Code Craftsmanship: Learn to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. You will treat logs, metrics, and documentation as first-class citizens.
