Job Description

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. System Design and Development:

· Assist in the design and development of web and mobile applications using .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).

· Contribute to database schema design and optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability using MSSQL.

· Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices across all development projects.

2. Integration Development:

· Support integration efforts with SAP and Salesforce systems using APIs and middleware solutions.

· Assist in developing and maintaining data synchronization processes for seamless data exchange between systems.

3. Mobile Application Development:

· Collaborate on the development of responsive and cross-platform mobile applications using frameworks like Xamarin or React Native.

· Optimize mobile application performance and implement offline capabilities as needed.

4. Technical Support:

· Provide technical support to development teams and assist in troubleshooting and issue resolution.

· Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

5. System Enhancement and Maintenance:

· Identify opportunities for system improvements and contribute to software enhancements.

· Assist in software upgrades and patches to maintain system security and functionality.

6. Documentation and Compliance

· Document system architecture, design decisions, and processes.

· Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

II. QUALIFICATIONS

A. Minimum Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

B. Minimum Experience/Training

· Solid understanding of .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).

· Experience with MSSQL database design and development, including stored procedures and performance tuning.

· Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile practices.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong understanding of QA principles and practices.
