I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SharePoint Customization and Management:
· Assist in customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet organizational requirements.
· Learn to manage permissions, security settings, and content within SharePoint environments.
· Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint users.
2. Integration with Other Systems:
· Collaborate with senior developers to integrate SharePoint with other systems as necessary to enhance functionality and data synchronization.
3. Website Design and Development (WordPress CMS):
· Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining corporate websites and intranet portals using WordPress CMS.
· Learn to customize WordPress plugins and modules to extend functionality based on project requirements.
· Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance and SEO.
· Assist in managing technical content updates, images, multimedia, and other website assets.
· Learn to maintain consistency in branding and user experience across web platforms
4. Documentation and Reporting:
· Document SharePoint configurations, workflows, and website development processes as assigned.
· Prepare reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions for review by senior developers and project managers.
5. System Enhancement and Maintenance:
· Identify opportunities for system enhancements and performance optimizations.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and integration.
· Implement software upgrades and patches to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
6. Documentation and Compliance
· Document system architecture, design decisions, and processes.
· Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
· Participate in technical documentation reviews and audits as required.
II. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
B. Minimum Experience/Training
· Basic understanding of web development principles, programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and content management systems.
· Familiarity with SharePoint and/or WordPress CMS is a plus.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
· Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow in the field of software development teams.
· Knowledgeable in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation processes.
· Strong understanding of QA principles and practices.
