Junior Software Developer (Front-end strong | ReactJS, Next.js)

The Junior Software Developer will assist in the design and development of software applications with a primary focus on front-end technologies like Next.js. You will play a key role in UI revamping and usability improvements while supporting the migration of existing JavaScript codebases to TypeScript. This role involves working under senior guidance to integrate AI functionality and maintain cloud-native applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in software design and development using Next.js and TypeScript.

• Execute UI revamping and standardization to improve the usability of existing applications.

• Maintain and debug applications, including critical package upgrades.

• Migrate codebase from JavaScript to TypeScript to ensure modern standards.

• Support AI integration by assisting in the testing and implementation of AI functionality.

• Develop integrations and maintain services within the Azure cloud and Node.js environments.

• Collaborate with seniors to learn and implement best practices for secure coding and CI/CD.

• Produce knowledge materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

• At least 2 years of practical experience in software development.
• Good English communication ability for international collaboration.
• Strong foundation in JS/TS and Next.js as your core skills
• Familiarity with NestJS and Azure backend services.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Basic understanding of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
