Shopper Marketing Manager
Purpose of the role:
Supports the Channel & Category Development Manager and the key account team in their strategic and operational activities.
Plans, executes, and evaluates shopper activation initiatives aimed at growing category value while enhancing customer and shopper satisfaction, ultimately driving profitable growth for both Flora Food Group and our customers.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Execution, coordination and evaluation of trade marketing activities and projects (inl. innovation, portfolio, in-store activations, promotion, in-store communication, budgeting) with full accountability for Upfield activation plan.
• Project management based on the pre-agreed activity plan within the given budget, including:
• Promotional mechanism (incl hostess promotion, buy & win etc) development
• Alignment with KAM Managers and customers
• POS material development, production, delivery
• Flyer designs
• Follow up projects with pre and post evaluations (financial and market performance)
• Manage promo plan according to promo guidelines, monitoring flyer numbers, shares and promo prices
• Prepare analysis for market/shopper trends, assortment, visibility / shelf layout, promo efficiency, channel performance
• Supporting both KAM and CM team with up-to-date market information on the category mid and long-term trends, performance, competitors, shopper behaviour
• Manage POS materials warehousing with 3rd parties and logistics to Field force
• Keep in contact with 3rd party agency regarding fridge maintenance
• Manage POs and DOs, orders, invoices, monthly sales support
• Regular market visits
Requirements:
• College/University degree preferably in Economics
• Job experience min 1-3 years’ experience in sales or trade/brand marketing in FMCG sector
• Be a good team worker demonstrating collaboration and commitment to the organization and team members
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical skills (dunnhumby and Nielsen knowledge is an advantage)
• Structured verbal and written communication
• Strong project management skills
• Fluency in English and Hungarian both verbal and written
