This is an exceptional job opportunity to join UK’s leading translation and Interpretation company EMPIRE GROUP. We arelooking for full time Scrum Master for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria town, Islamabad. As a Scrum Master you’ll develop and lead high-performing, multi-discipline team, instilling in them a clear vision and a passionate drive. You’ll play a leading role in fulfilling the vision, driving the implementation of our products and setting standards for our teams to follow.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
• Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments
• Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
• Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
• Helping Project manager in finding techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
• Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
• Helping Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning for a complex environment
• Helping organization in leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption
• Helping organization in planning and advising Scrum implementations within the organization
• Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
• Use SCRUM development processes. Must be able to switch between the methodologies and should have ability to tailor them according to the project needs

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

• BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent work experience
• Preferably scrum master certification such as SAFE, CSM or PMI-ACP
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
• Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks
• Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
• Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum
