Location: Huntsville, AL 

Position Type: Full-Time

Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility

Responsibilities:

Execute Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle.

Guide teams in Agile methodology, support team rules, facilitate product team's progress toward team goals.

Lead and facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, promote Agile quality practices, build a high-performing team, coordinate with other teams.

Support ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) and level of estimate activities, provide team with feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questions.

Lead regular Agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation, such as team scrums, sprint planning, and user demonstrations.

Advise government personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, and/or standardization of processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Top Secret security clearance with SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) eligibility.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles and practices.

Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience in providing feedback and driving continuous improvement.
