Junior SAP Technical Consultant Sales & Service

We are looking for a Junior SAP Technical Consultant Sales & Service to join our team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and the continuous development of our SAP processes implemented. Your scope of activities will cover both SAP ECC and in future SAP S/4HANA.

• You are taking care of the operations support within your area of responsibility by targeted resolution of incidents and service requests.
• You will support system enhancements, process improvements, and assist in SAP small-scale rollouts.
• Close collaboration with business users and other IT Experts to gather and clarify requirements and to translate them into SAP solutions.  
• You will ensure seamless integration of SAP SD/CS with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
• Provision of support to key users and ensurance of proper documentation of processes.
• Identification, troubleshooting and resolution of SAP SD or CS related issues in a timely manner.
• With your ideas and implementation efforts you contribute to improve the service quality.
• Support SAP upgrade projects and process automation initiatives.

• Higher Technician Diploma (CFGS) or University Degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of hands-on implementation experience in SAP SD and CS.
• Strong understanding of core aspects within SAP SD (Sales order processing, delivery processing, pricing) and CS (Service notification, Service orders, Equipments).
• ABAP/Technical Knowledge and hands-on work experience in technical domains (familiarity with Interfaces is preferred).
• Experience with order fulfilment processes in Sales and After-Sales.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of key integration points between SAP SD/CS and other modules.
• Strong analytical skills for complex problem solving.
• Effective communication skills to interact with both business users and IT teams.
• Ability to work independently on most tasks while collaborating with a team when needed.
• Very good written and spoken English skills are completing your profile.

Travelling on moderate level (<10%).
