Junior SAP Concur Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated Junior SAP Concur Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Concur solutions, focusing on Travel, Expense, and Invoice Management.

A Day in the Life of a Junior SAP Concur Consultant at Qualco will include:

• Support the implementation and support of SAP Concur solutions (Expense, Travel, Invoice);
• Assist in gathering and analyzing requirements related to Travel & Expense and Invoice Management processes;
• Support the configuration of SAP Concur solutions to meet business needs, under the guidance of senior consultants;
• Contribute to the preparation of functional documentation for implementation;
• Participate in UAT and integration testing to validate system functionality;
• Assist in user training activities and the development of user manuals for effective solution adoption;
• Support data migration activities and ensure accuracy during transitions;
• Support go-live activities;
• Communicate and collaborate daily with clients and colleagues to deliver optimal solutions and improve processes;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements:
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline;
• Master’s degree would be considered as a plus;
• 0–2 years of experience or strong interest in SAP solutions, preferably SAP Concur or other cloud-based business applications;
• Basic understanding of business processes related to Travel & Expense management, employee reimbursements, and approval workflows;
• Initial exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) or other enterprise business applications is considered a plus;
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
