Junior SAP BTP Developer

We are seeking a dedicated Junior SAP BTP Developer to support the design, development, and support of solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), contributing to integration, extension, and cloud-based development projects.

A Day in the Life of a Junior SAP BTP Developer at Qualco will include:

• Support the design, development, and support of solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP);
• Assist in the development of integrations, extensions, and applications using SAP BTP services;
• Support requirement analysis and translate business and technical requirements into development tasks;
• Contribute to the development and configuration of services such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, and cloud-based applications;
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities to validate system functionality;
• Support the preparation of technical documentation and development deliverables;
• Assist in deployment, go-live, and post-go-live support activities;
• Communicate and collaborate daily with clients and colleagues to deliver optimal solutions and improve processes;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
• Master’s degree would be considered as a plus;
• 0–2 years of experience or strong interest in software development, preferably within SAP or cloud-based platforms;
• Basic understanding of SAP BTP concepts, cloud architectures, or modern application development principles;
• Initial exposure to one or more of the following is considered a plus: Java, JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, SQL, or cloud integration concepts;
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) or enterprise applications is considered a plus;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
