We’re looking for a Junior Sales Operations Specialist to serve as the manager of our sales ecosystem. In this role, you won’t just manage data: you will ensure the engine that drives Oxylabs runs without friction.

You’ll work directly with the Sales Operations Manager to maintain Salesforce as our single source of truth, document world-class processes, and ensure our billing data remains flawless.

If you are analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to build the operational backbone of a global sales team, this role is for you.


Your day-to-day::
• Maintaining Salesforce Hygiene. Conduct regular data hygiene audits, de-duplication and keep the Single Source of Truth pristine, ensuring our CRM is a high-performance tool, not just a database.


Take ownership of the Sales Operations Knowledge Base on Confluence, ensuring every salesperson has the answers they need at their fingertips and translate complex operational workflows into clear, actionable playbooks.


Proactive monitor billing, identifying and resolving billing discrepancies before they impact the customer or our bottom line.


Continuously audit workflows, Running routine checks on contract alignments and usage data to ensure what we sell is what we bill.


Strategically support high-impact projects, from implementing new AI-driven sales tools to designing seasonal incentive structures.

• Closely collaborate of Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to bridge gaps to ensure a seamless post-sale experience.


Your skills & experience::

1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a highly analytical business support role.


Proficiency in Salesforce.


Experience with Confluence, Jira, advanced Excel/Google Sheets and AI/Chatbot.


Attention to detail: You are the person who catches the typo in a contract or the discrepancy in a billing report. "Good enough" isn't in your vocabulary when it comes to data hygiene.


Fluency in English written and verbal.


Our Salary & Work Benefits Package::
• Gross salary: 2100 - 2700 EUR/month. . This position provides a fixed base only. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
