About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Junior Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to assist with lead generation, client outreach, content marketing, and general sales coordination. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, nurturing leads, managing databases, and supporting the closing of deals through consistent follow-ups and organized communication.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Outreach
Conduct lead generation activities across relevant platforms to identify and engage potential clients.
Send introductory messages to prospects and share suitable inventory based on their requirements.
Set appointments and schedule client meetings on behalf of the business.
Sales Coordination & Follow-Ups
Follow up with prospects and clients regarding payments, documents, or next steps in the sales pipeline.
Maintain consistent communication via phone and email with all parties involved in closing a sale or transaction.
Support overall sales flow by tracking progress, deadlines, and pending actions.
Marketing & Content Support
Assist with creating and executing social media campaigns to drive engagement and visibility for the business.
Write blogs, articles, and other content pieces for content marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the team to ensure brand-aligned messaging and marketing execution.
Database & Pipeline Management
Maintain and organize client data, lead pipelines, and contact details within the database or CRM.
Update records promptly to ensure accuracy and visibility across the team.
Track touchpoints, follow-ups, and lead progression for reporting purposes.
Other Responsibilities
Make necessary process suggestions and improvements that can help the team.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.
About You
1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales coordination, marketing support, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an engaging and professional tone.
Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and content tasks simultaneously.
Confident in conducting outreach via email, social media, and phone calls.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Experience with CRM tools, social media platforms, or email marketing tools is a plus.
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
